Patrick (Pat) Williams is Autodesk’s senior vice president for Asia Pacific, responsible for general management and sales activities. Pat has extensive experience in sales and marketing in multinational corporations, and has spent more than 20 years in the IT industry. He is based in Shanghai, China and was previously in Japan for a decade.
Pradeep Nair is the Managing Director for Autodesk India and SAARC operations. Pradeep is responsible for the overall strategy and growth of Autodesk's business across India and SAARC region, covering all of the company's industries, product segments and strategic partnerships.
Pradeep has proven experience in leading and managing sales, channels, marketing and technical teams, driving double-digit growth and ensuring consistent client satisfaction. He relishes the challenge of building organizational capability, driving sustained high-performance and simplifying complexity in India - easily amongst the world's most competitive technology markets.
Prior to joining Autodesk, Pradeep worked at IBM Software Group (SWG), where he was heading IBM's software business for India and South Asia as the Director of SWG. He also led IBM's Developer Relations and Academic Initiatives that drove mass-market adoption of IBM technology among India's significant developer and student communities.
Tatjana Dzambazova spent the first decade of her career working as a trained architect and in the design industry in Vienna and London. Fascinated by the impact that technology has on our lives, she decided to continue her career in the digital design technology world, and she has been working for Autodesk for the last 16 years.
An avid believer that we are all born with a sense for creativity and innovation and the need to express it, Tatjana focuses her energy on helping make and promote powerful novel digital design technologies in a way that is accessible to wide range of new audiences.
She was Autodesk’s first product manager for Revit and one of the pioneer evangelist of BIM. In the wake of the Maker movement, she was among the initial founders of the Autodesk’s consumer group and worked on the development of the 123D line of products, acting as product manager and business development in the early days of the group. Up until last year, she focused her efforts on the development of cutting edge tools in the area of Reality Solutions for Autodesk including ReCap and ReMake, and democratizing novel approaches in domains such as digital conservation and preservation of cultural heritage, arts and natural sciences. This work was extended with her leading and producing the Smithsonian 3D Explorer, (interactive web/mobile/VR experience created with Autodesk’s Project Play labs technology) and acting as technology consultant of many customer initiatives such as AfricaFossils.org.

Based in San Francisco, Tatjana graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from Saints Cyril and Methodius University of Skopje. She speaks fluent English, French, German, advanced Italian and Spanish; is a native speaker of Macedonian and Serbo-Croatian; and is currently learning Mandarin.
Shrikant Sharma develops tools such as automation sensors, real-time simulations, performance monitoring, and big data visualization, and integrates these new technologies into sophisticated modeling tools to analyze people's movements and behavior in the interior space or city. We suggest design options. This provides a rational basis for decision making in the early stages of the project. In addition, the Smart Space team he created is responsible for optimizing the experience of the customer who ultimately uses the space through techniques such as simulation and data visualization.
He has experience in projects throughout the AEC field including Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), design and supply chain management in the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas. He is co-founder of Cogital (BIM consulting), And work-sharing consulting. BIM Adoption is mainly focused on process improvement, BIM Construction, and mobileization expert of BIM Team.
Nicolas Mangon is a twenty-five year leader of the global development of 3D visualization and the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process across the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industries. An accomplished structural engineer educated at the world-renowned Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Public’s Institution for Civil and Structural Engineering, Nicolas infuses his industry expertise in the continued development of innovative solutions for architects, engineers and contractors to optimize the life-cycle management of their projects.
In 2016, Nicolas was appointed Vice President of AEC, Business Strategy and Marketing. Mangon is tasked with leading the company’s strategy to move the AEC industry to the cloud for greater efficiency and collaboration across stakeholders and project sites. As Nicolas often notes, cloud collaboration and building information modeling are at the heart of the future of building things.
In 2012, he assumed responsibility over civil engineering industries and natural resources with the primary objective to enhance business growth and ensure greater customer adoption of the Autodesk product portfolio. By 2009, Nicolas took over both business and strategy for the Building Industry segment.40 Joining Autodesk in 2003, Nicolas first served as a product manager for Revit Structure and quickly became a key player in Revit platform development for the BIM industry.
Prior to Autodesk, Nicolas worked at Graitec in Paris, where he led a team of product managers, software designers and developers to address the needs of the structural engineering market. He then immigrated to California to oversee the development of analysis software for pre-stressed concrete structures.Nicolas earned his Master of Science in civil and structural engineering from the Ecole Spéciale des Travaux Publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie in Paris and a Master’s degree in Engineering specializing in Water and Fluid Dynamics from the University of Le Havre.
Currently working as Chief Architect – Technology Solutions, TATA Technologies for TATA MOTORS in the area of Digital Product Development Systems and Knowledge based Engineering. Completed master’s degree from IIT Kanpur in the area of Solid mechanics and design.
Total experience of 20 years in the area of – Knowledge Based Engineering & Digital Product Development Systems with the responsibility of implementation of methods, Tools and processes in an integrated PLM environment.
Major work includes implementation of some of the key initiatives such as development of in-house Knowledge Based engineering kernel and applications, development of automation tools, utilities, interfaces and Web based applications for engineering and manufacturing systems, implementation of “Digital Manufacturing” in an end-to-end scenario.
Published and presented technical work in the area of Digital Manufacturing and Knowledge Based Engineering at various national and international forums. Recipient of many innovation awards including the TATA Innovista award, highest at TATA group level.
Pradyumna Vyas acquired a Masters in Industrial Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
In June 2010, Vyas was conferred with an honorary Master of Arts degree from the University for the Creative Arts in Farnham, United Kingdom in recognition of his contributions to design education and design promotion.
Vyas has more than 33 years of professional and teaching experience in different spheres of design. Since the last 27 years, he has been associated with the National Institute of Design (NID) as a faculty in the Industrial Design discipline. In April 2009, he was appointed as the Director of the National Institute of Design.
Prior to joining NID, Vyas acquired three years overseas experience at the Kilkenny Design Centre, Republic of Ireland.
In July 2011, Vyas was given the award for his outstanding contribution to design education at Asia’s Best School Award that was held at Singapore. Vyas was invited as the jury member for the special awards screening panel at Good Design Award (G-Mark) by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion, Japan consequently in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2016.
He has been at the helm of design promotion events in India and has represented NID in various international and national events. He was elected as an ICSID (International Council of Societies of Industrial Design) Executive Board Member for 2009–11.
In pursuance of the National Design Policy approved by the Cabinet in February 2007, an India Design Council was constituted in March 2009 and Mr Vyas has been nominated as its Member Secretary by the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
In July 2015, World Education Congress, 2015 conferred the award for Outstanding Contribution to Education to Mr. Vyas.
In March 2016, Mr Vyas was honoured with the 'Lifetime Achievement Award – Design, 2016' at the first 'India UX Design Awards' for the contribution towards the designing community and his pioneering efforts in the field of design education and design promotion.
In May 2017, Mr Vyas received an award for his contribution towards design education during the Edutainment Awards 2017 held in Mumbai, which is a joint effort of Times of India, Businessworld and Event Capital, provides a platform to celebrate broader Indian talent canvas.
In August 2017, Mr Vyas was felicitated with ‘Lifetime Achievement Award’ by Times Education Icons 2017, for his immense contribution towards design education and design promotion.
Biren Ghose is the Country Head in India for Technicolor, a US $6 billion global arts and sciences leader involved in technology and production services for the media & entertainment industry. He is an acknowledged industry leader in India serving to drive policy initiatives in government policy formulation, education and across industry platforms. His vision is to make visual communication & the arts an agent of change in community development.
Biren has been at the helm in building up the India studio which is a primary hub for Technicolor’s leadership in Animation, Visual Effects and Gaming business. At present, there is a significant amount of work in progressing the digital production of VR & AR.
In Animation, the studio has been involved in the production of the most iconic properties, helping clients win 7 Emmy awards in the past 8 years. Shows include Mickey Mouse, Kung Fu Panda; Penguins of Madagascar; Alvin & the Chipmunks and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles among many others. In film visual effects (VFX) the studio’s amazing team, MPC Bangalore, have worked on several Oscar and nominated features including wins for the The Jungle Book; & Life of Pi. The others include major franchises including X-Men; Harry Potter; Pirates of the Caribbean; Fast & Furious; Skyfall & Spectre [Bond]; and dozens of other gems including Passengers; Wonder Woman; The Martian; Tarzan; Independence Day 2; The Revenant, Godzilla; Guardians of the Galaxy; Superman: Man of Steel & WonderWoman, many others. Having taken a key part in producing VFX for over 400 commercials a year for the last few years and winning the VFX Cannes Gold in 2014, 2015 and 2017 the MPC advertising team are equally sparkling. The studio employs a world leading 3100 creative professionals crafting visual experiences across many genres and screens.
The studio manages the strategic alliances with DreamWorks Animation, USA which produced animated feature films and Rockstar Games (Grand Theft Auto 5) in a unique business model of the dedicated unit at Technicolor. New entrants to the studio’s portfolio are The Mill; Mikros Image and Mr. X. This offers the advantage of leveraging India and Technicolor’s pedigree and expertise for world leaders to ramp up AAA productions.
Biren is a reputed marketing & business strategist having worked across a wide vista of industries.
He completed an Advanced Management Program at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan School), USA in Corporate Planning and Management Control.
His other passions include collecting art and music (predominantly jazz!). His hobbies include playing the guitar; tennis, Formula 1 motor sport and photography.
He is working to create thought leadership in the areas of corporate social responsibility.
A Post-Graduate in Management by education, Nandakumar joined HOCHTIEF group in 1983 in the Sultanate of Oman where he was selected to undergo a comprehensive management training, eventually taking over the Commercial Management of the organization. In 1992, he was deputed to a major Construction site in China as Chief Auditor for 2 years which was followed by a short stint at the Head office in Germany. In 1996, Mr. Nandakumar returned to his home country, India, as the Chief Representative of HOCHTIEF Group and assisted in the formation of HOCHTIEF India. In 2003 he became a member of the Board of Directors of HOCHTIEF India and in 2007 took over the responsibility as the Managing Director of the company.
In May 2016, on attaining retirement age, he stepped down from active service, but keep his position in the Board as Whole-time Director taking care of client relations, new business and advises on strategies.
Mr. Nandakumar is a member of several Professional Bodies and Industrial organizations.
Alok’s stint with 3D printing started in 2008 as he was looking for custom fit rocket parts for the university’s rocket team project, which was funded by GE. He has utilised the power of 3D printing to manufacture complex aerospace and automotive prototypes for research purposes. Alok is now working towards bringing his expertise in the field of 3D Printing and Manufacturing, to help Next Big Innovation Labs (NBIL) develop India’s first commercial 3D Bioprinter. Alok is a member of World Economic Forum's 3D Printing Expert Network and Global Shapers community and is actively involved in a mission to develop healthcare products for social good.
Pratheesh’s interest in robotics started in 2003 and since then he is actively involved in designing and development of customised Robots using high end fabrication techniques like 3D printing and CNC Machining. Through the years he has acquired skills ranging from algorithm designing, circuit designing, rapid prototyping and design for manufacturing, an all-rounder to say the least. With these rich skills set he is considered as the go to person for many reputed companies for technology outsourcing. He is the Founder and Managing Director at Robo Inventions Private Limited and has completed his Electronics & communication engineering from Pondicherry University. He has more than 14 years of experience in product design & development which also includes a brief stint at IIT Mumbai. He is the technical power house of the team and has been developing products ranging from drones to wearable tech.
Combining intricate technical knowledge and a creative eye, Anthony wears the hats of a designer, animator, compositor, photographer, 3D artist, and programmer.
He has recently completed an eclectic mix of work, with credits as a Compositing Lead and VFX Supervisor on a range of film, TV, and video game projects, including Brett Morgen’s documentary Chicago 10 which opened the Sundance Film Festival in 2007, Morgan Spurlock’s Where in the World is Osama bin Laden?, The Love Guru starring Mike Myers, HBO’s Emmy-award winning Bored To Death, and Gravity, which won the Oscar for Best VFX. Most recently he was Compositing Supervisor on Denis Villeneuve's critically acclaimed Blade Runner 2049.
